Trick or Treat

Thought I'd start your week off with a little CAS Halloween card.  Since it seems like everyone is attempting to "beat the heat" maybe this will help it along some!



The image is from Stampabilities and sentiment from Studio G.  What more can I say.....except I've made several of these and on all except this one, I embossed the black cat with embossing powder.....makes it shine a little.  I know you've probably heard me say it before....but I just DO NOT like Halloween - for whatever reason - but, I do have to make quite a few cards for the grandchildren, nieces, and nephews so I try to keep them simple most of the time.

    Yippee!!!! I don't like Halloween either and thought I was the only one, not sure why, just way at the bottom of my holiday list :) Love your card though, nice and CAS, the cat just shines on through and the ribbon perfect.

    Love this card Lynn... you are the master of CAS - actually, there's a new name for you FCAS which is Fabulous Clean and Simple! That ribbon is crazy... perfect on this card.

    Ooooh, Lynn, this is CAS-tastic! Love everything about it (although I do love Halloween), especially that fabulous ribbon. Embossing the scaredy-cat is such a great touch, too. :)

    Bah, Humbug! Oh, no, that's for people hwo don't like Christmas. Hmmm, well, Bah, Something-or-other, just for Lynn! Love the simplicity of this card. I end up doing really fancy Halloween cards each year and then they're nearly impossible to mail to all the kids and grandkids! Great idea to use EP on the black cat!
