Just a real quick super simple, CAS, and git 'er done card! I'm trying to see if I can possibly use up at least half of the ribbon I have before I die - but don't know if that would ever happen since I have a tendency to buy more! Yikes!
Anyone have an idea for a good (funny) sentiment to go on the inside of this card??
Thanks for stopping by.............
Lynn
Amazing card Lynn! Very dramatic and simple!
ReplyDeleteWow... this CAS is so striking with the black and white. Great image and the ribbon could not be more perfect.
ReplyDeleteYou made me laff about the ribbon bit - and I understand why you feel this way about this awesome ribbon! awesome cas card - my fave! Ummmm - sentiment, me and sentiments!!! Blank cards work best from the point of view of selling for me.
ReplyDeleteMarvel at how you wear so many hats - squash making, pickling, card making, sunshining, laughter....
Hugs,
M
Love this! Great ribbon.
ReplyDeleteNo sentiment ideas from me, but it's a very versatile card and I'm sure you'll come up with lots of them. Love the zebra image and I can see why that ribbon made it into your stash, it's fantastic. Love that you kept the whole card black and white, very classic!
ReplyDeletethis is a fun card Lynn and the ribbon is perfect-the inside could be something like "I am wild about you"
ReplyDeleteLOVE this b&w card! That ribbon is fabulous!!!! If you find ribbons like that while out shopping, I can see why you buy more! :)
ReplyDeleteThis is wonderful Lynn! I know what you mean about ribbon LOL :)

I have TOO much ribbon too! Thankfully I've stopped buying more (for the time being)
ReplyDeleteSentiment.......hmmmm
"Introducing the new line of bras from Victoria Secret: The ZeBRA"
I dunno - just woke up from a nap. It's the best I could give you :)

ReplyDeletelol! I know what you mean about ribbon...I don't seem to buy it and yet it keeps culminating in my crafty drawer! hahaha! Love the gorgeous card...atleast you have ribbon to go with everything! hehe :)
ReplyDeleteGreat card! I know what you mean by using the ribbon. I keep telling myself that I am not going to buy any more until I use u at least a couple of rolls of what I already have, but they just keep coming out with more and more!
ReplyDeleteThis is fabulous!
ReplyDeleteLove this card, Lynn! B&W can be so effective. Sentiment? "Whaddya mean you prefer plaid to stripes?" OK, maybe not the greatest but I can solve your ribbon problem. You can leave it to me in your Will. :-D Hugs.
ReplyDeleteLOVE this black and white beauty!
ReplyDeleteI think we should view your ribbon situation as life 'ensurance'. The more you have, the longer you'll live, right?!
Hmm... a sentiment...need to think about this one! I do love the 'wild about you' and the 'zeBRA' suggested earlier!
OK! I've got one!
ReplyDelete"Do these stripes make my butt look big?"
GRRReeat card Lynn! You chose the perfect image to go with that great ribbon too! I'm still cracking up at Maria's idea for a sentiment above! Too funny :)
ReplyDeleteStunning and dramatic card, Lynn - how about "who said stripes are 'out'!
ReplyDeleteBlessings

ReplyDeleteI really like this black and white card Lynn and the zebra image is perfect. I have tried to think of a funny but I'm having a sense of humour failure I think! You know it is useless to resist the call of the ribbon... just give in and enjoy it!
