Hubby and I were getting ready to go out to dinner with another couple the other day and after dolling myself up a little I asked him how I looked! He said I was as cute as a speckled pup........GROAN!!! Of course my response to that - no, dear, these are liver spots, not specks!!! LOL!
Anyway, 2 Cute Ink provided this image of the cute little pup and I just gave him a bunch of specks (not liver spots) - more like a dalmatian than a dachshund - but cute just the same. I popped up the heart a bit and added the "LOVE" sentiment.

I've really been missing in action around here - but the good news is that I survived Thanksgiving weekend!! WAY too many people coming and going. Yesterday was spent getting the house back in order and dragging out a few of the Christmas decorations. I didn't even look at the cyber Monday sales and am so proud of myself for that! Hopefully, I'll get a card or two made pretty quick now and be back in the swing of things soon.

I'm sure to Jim a speckled pup as just adorable and cute as this puppy. This represents a lot of love and fun and someone is going to be very lucky to receive it. Glad to hear you are getting back to normal.It seems to get harder and harder each year to bounce back from the holidays. I have to admit I did buy something on Cyber Monday, but it was for myself (the house actually). Bad Donna!!
