Spring Butterfly

We don't have spring just yet, and very few butterflies......but these colors just remind me of spring and I know it's going to be here soon.  Then it's going to be summer, and HOT, HOT, HOT!  Oh well......



I used some DP from the Basic Grey Porcelain paper pack and Pretty in Pink card stock from SU.  The butterfly and background for it were done with Flores Suaves, also from SU. 

I'll enter this in the challenges at All Sorts (Things with wings) and Basic Grey (Favorite things - I love butterflies and this stamp set.  Even though I'm not much of a frilly type person, I love this DP!  The colors in it are just beautiful.)  I'll also enter this in the challenge at Shopping Our Stash (birthday - The DP I used is a couple of years old and the butterfly is from a SU set).

    This is beautiful! Love the soft colors and that butterfly is stunning in pinks and gold. Definitely reminds me of spring.

    Oh Lynn, this is gorgeous! I love the script paper the butterfly has just landed on as well as the stunning background papers. I'm not all that frilly either, but this one took my breath away. O.U.T.S.T.A.N.D.I.N.G.

    This is so soft and sweet! Beautiful butterfly and papers! We've seen some signs of Spring then had a beautiful snow yesterday! It was so pretty! Wish you could have been here to enjoy it with me.

    Very pretty, and it does indeed say 'Spring'. So soft in pinks-grayed greens. Love your papers layout too.Was the butterfly colored or fussy cut from paper? So pretty, and I like how you added the dimension with the 2nd butterfly. TFS

    This is so soft and pretty! The shading on the butterfly is beautiful and the paper is wonderful!
