This was one of those spur of the moment brain storms (or brain - somethings) using some scrap pieces of paper. The yellow is from SU, red strip from Simple Stories, and the notebook looking paper from somewhere else - but can't tell you where because the cover came off the 6X6 pad and is now history! I don't even think I've ever used the notebook paper before mainly because it always appeared to be a little dirty looking or smudged. Maybe that's the "distress" look of it. Anyway! The sentiment is from Paper Smooches. This was stamped in Momento Luxe and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. The sequins in yellow, red, and blue were added and then the tiny clothes pin clipped on.
I'd like to enter this in the Paper Smooches Sparks Anything Goes challenge this week and also Fusion. See the sketch and photo for the Fusion challenge below. I'm pretty sure I even "fused" them together!
Thanks for stopping by..............

Great note card with those fun colors and sequin accents! The clothespin accent is great and I really like the fonts on the sentiment! Cute!
ReplyDeleteYour brain somethings worked well for you. Cute card - Love those sequins. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who loses the cover to her 6 x 6 pads. Have a fun Friday.

ReplyDeleteCute, cute notecard, Lynn. I love the dotted paper and that cute clothespin. I have some clothespins and need to get them out of that dark hole (the place where I put things and forget I have them) and put them to use.
