I tagged a fish today for the current Lawnscaping Challenge (Critters). I love the way this little guy looks like he's smiling and I think he's just enjoying a beautiful day - and glad no one has caught him!
I used two Lawn Fawn sets of stamps: Critters in the Arctic for the fish and Life is Good for the waves and sentiment. He's colored with gray, blue, and pink Copics and popped up in front of some stenciling done with a Tim Holtz stencil. The waves were stamped and a piece of vellum added - along with the sequins, clouds, and twine. Clear Wink of Stella was added to the fish to give him a little shine. Just a fun card to brighten someones day.
Since I used snippets on this card I'd also like to enter it at Pixie's Crafty Workshop.
Thanks for stopping by.......
Lynn
I like the gentle serenity of this card and his smile ofcourse. The sentiment is the best.

Lynn, this is a cutie for sure. Love those clouds and waves. Life is good for this little darling. Sorry I've been behind on commenting but we were gone for one week and since we got back we've been mulching and and adding to our flower gardens. A ton of work and I am the dirtiest gardener you've ever seen, so it ends up being two showers a day or more and then no energy to even turn on the computer. Took a day off today, but have a ton of errands to run. Have a good day.
