More Plaid

I walked into one of the local craft stores here the other day and was amazed at all the plaid.  Everything and anything was in plaid.......maybe even a little bit too much.  I swear there was a stuffed plaid hedgehog in there!  Seriously!  Anyway, I love plaid.....love, love, love it. 

So, why not make another card with plaid on it.  Using a die from MFT I cut the plaid tree, added a gold star with another die and then stamped the greeting.  Super CAS but since plaid is all the rage right now, I think it'll be great for Christmas.

    Yes, that buffalo plaid is very popular this year! The hedgehog must have been so cute! Love the simplicity of your card, absolutely gorgeous!

    Plaid and gingham are my favorites and this is so right on for now. Great idea to use plaid for the tree and I will honor you by making a plaid tree too on a card (or two). I really like the champagne card below too.

    Yes, most people I know including myself are plaid lovers! :) It is everywhere isn't it?! Along with those woodland critters and gnomes! LOL! Your card is very stunning with the gold star on top it's perfect! Great CAS design for Christmas cards!

    Sp pretty! I love the simplicity of this. My daughter decorated her living room this year for Christmas with the red and black buffalo check.

    I know what you mean about the plaid being everywhere and it's a real country homey plaid with a big pattern.
    Love your card and I would never have thought of using that paper for a tree but it works so well and you know I'm always a fan of your CAS work.
