Hello Blogging Friends!!
Welcome to my project for the "It's A Girl Thing" Turner Syndrome Awareness Blog Hop.
Turner Syndrome is a genetic
disorder where a female is born with only one X chromosome, instead of
two, leaving her with life-long medical issues and learning
disabilities. This condition occurs one in 2,500 female births
worldwide, but is more common among pregnancies that do not survive to
full term. That is why Turner Syndrome Females are considered MIRACLES!
I can't even begin to list all the sponsors that are offering up prizes for this hop - plus some of the members of the hop also offering prizes. Be sure and check them all out.
For my card today I used a butterfly image from Jan's Digi Shop. It's been colored in Copics and then cut out and placed on my card. The flower die is from Memory Box and was cut out using some wood grain card stock - same as the base of the card. The sentiment was white embossed on vellum and is from Paper Smooches. I added some clear drops to the body of the butterfly and also the card. Very clean and simply - but for a very special cause.
Head on over to the beginning of the hop Here and then stop all all along the way to have a chance to win a prize from one of the wonderful sponsors. There are a lot of stops but be sure and go to each one for inspiration.
Thanks for stopping by......
Lynn
