Jan's Digi Stamp Challenge starts again today! Come on over and join us with a card or project for a chance to win. Our challenge is always Anything Goes!
I never ever do a card in orange except maybe for Halloween....... and actually the patterned paper I used for my card today is Halloween paper! It's got all sorts of bats, boots, and witches on the other side but it seemed to go perfect with this little girl's dress. I used a Pre-Colored image for my card today but it does come in the black and white version from Jan's shop too. It's called A Little Note and can be found in Jan's shop. Great image for a card that's going in the mail as this one will.
( This is the THIRD and final post for today!!! I already know you're tired of looking at me anyway!)
Thanks for stopping by........
Lynn
Gorgeous, love the colours/papers. Emmax
ReplyDeleteIt all looks so nice together, Lynn. She is so cute in her short orange dress. I like the way she is trying her best to reach to the mailbox. The plants around the mailbox look so cute.

ReplyDeleteLynn, I love your orange backdrop to this sweet image, even if there are witches and Halloween on the back : ) LOL Such a sweet, sweet card!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie that image is Lynn - reminds of the days loooooooooooong ago when my mother would make matching 'knickers' to go under my frocks!
ReplyDeleteAnother sweet card beautifully constructed.

Oh, she's so sweet in her little orange dress, Lynn, and your paper choices really make the image pop! I'm like you - I use orange primarily for Halloween and now and again for a Thanksgiving card with fall colors. Love your twine bow.
ReplyDeleteThis is darling, Lynn! Love the image and the beautiful font of the sentiment! The orange is so cheerful and not just for Halloween!
ReplyDeleteFabulous colors and image Lynn.

Well I think the orange color really works nicely with this Lynn! What a darling image and I love that cut out sentiment on your design too!! Beautifully done!
ReplyDeleteLove that you found the perfect paper for this sweet image in your Halloween paper! You could have taken this a different direction using the other side and coloring the girl as a zombie or adding a witch hat!!! Lol
ReplyDeleteThis is super cute, and I too have some of that Halloween paper left! LOL It's a perfect match, I agree, and that image is adorable too! Remember when we all wore those bloomers and dresses with the turned-down socks and Mary Jane shoes? Gosh, I'm old LOL
ReplyDeleteI'm the same; orange for Halloween, but that plaid paper you chose is gorgeous and coordinates perfectly! Jan's Digis are beautifully coloured, and if you hadn't said you used that version, I would have thought you coloured it yourself. I enjoy pre-coloured digis too and this one is adorable!
ReplyDeleteOh, I will be so glad when the day comes and ALL my overseas orders will come, it has been a long wait and so nervous that some will go missing with the overload..this little sweetie must be happoy with what she is getting out of her letter box, such a lovely card Lynn..
