Big Hug, Little Dog


I had some scraps left on my desk from the last card so put this together to use all of them up - plus the colors fit The Alley Way Stamps inspiration challenge (gotta love it when something like that happens)!   Quick card and an easy mailer - which I love!!  This will be going to one of the granddaughters as a "just because" card.  Please note that I DID do some stitching on this - AND it was in a semi straight line!  YEAH!!!  You can't really see it real well, but I didn't want to stitch it in a darker thread in case it didn't come out straight.  Gotta think ahead of stuff like that you know.

I used a couple of stamps from The Alley Way Stamps- The Gang for the dog and paws and Jibber Jabber for the sentiment.  The DP is some from SU.

I'll enter this in the challenge at The Alley Way Stamps (inspiration photo), and Sweet Stampin' (Clean and Simple).

    You gotta make MORE cards with scraps on your desk. I LOVE this one so. It is such a super colour combo and the image is very cute as this the bow and the sentiment. The paw prints look so perfect.

    There's that cute little pooch again! I love him! Thanks for the tip on disguising sewing in a not so straight line. Although, I imagine your lines are much straighter than mine! Great card to send to your granddaughter!

    You always have the cutest doggie stamps! This lil' guy looks so wistful & you've colored him so well. Great border of the paws too. Your stitching was fab, and it was ever so subtle..I liked the color you wisely chose. (I've gotten my sewing machine to the stamp area. So far, so good! One of these days!). Really sweet cute card, and your granddtr will adore it. TFS
