This is a quick little card to give to Jim - just because. Since I dropped from the number 1 spot to number 2 spot around here when we got Rambo I figure he'll like it!! Ah, such is life I guess! He'll probably hang it on the wall so he can look at it every morning when he wakes up!
This actually was for a Retro Sketches challenge - last week. As always I'm about a day late and dollar short. I used a stamp set and die from Taylored Expressions, sponged in a few clouds, added a snip of "grass" and twine, popped up a heart covered in the Wink pen, and then mounted it on Kraft card stock.
I'll enter this in the challenge at Pixie's Crafty Workshop (snippets) and Crafty Sentiments (love).

I love this card Lynn! Not so sure about you moving down a notch though. lol I think all us woman moved down a notch with our hubby's at some point in time. lol I'm out vote by the men in my life and so used to it. I love that cute little dog-you have colored him so well, so loving the clouds in the sky and the cute grass. Such a cute, cute card, I am loving it! Hugs!

ReplyDeleteI made a card with kraft too and it actually isn't bad. I'll be putting it up tomorrow unless I decide to put something else up.... it's a crazy world. lol
And yeah... laughed at how you are no longer the favorite. Ah... it happens. At least you got bumped out by a living creature and not, say... a pizza!

I absolutely love it, Lynn! A perfect Rambo. Great simple design and your clouds always inspire me to try one more time, never give up, I'll get good clouds someday. lol I'm better with dogs and cats than clouds.
