Growing Wings

No,....I haven't grown wings just yet!  Maybe someday I'll look like this sweet little gal, wings and all, but in the meantime........we have a new challenge at Digi Haven themed Things with Wings and would love for you to play along for a chance to win a wonderful prize package from our sponsor Whoopsie Daisy!  Be sure and check out our blog for all the inspiration from the DT!

This sweet image is from Whoopsie Daisy and I colored her in Copics and sprinkled some white and gold Frantage (since I didn't have fairy dust) around her.  She's framed out in a SB die and then mounted on a piece of SU Bashful Blue card stock.  The background patterned paper is from "somewhere".

Head on over to Digi Haven to play along in our challenge!

Thanks for stopping by............and have a great weekend!

  1. Great coloring on her, Lynn. I love the labels die piece mounted on the rectangle blue panel. Ideal paper choice for your background and the ribbon and bow really bring an extra special touch. Just the perfect amount of Fran-tage. Have a super weekend.

  10. I'll probably never have wings. But I would settle for her gams! What a cute card. Every time I hear "fairy dust" my mind immediately goes to "The Bird Cage" with Robin Williams and Nathan Lane. It is one my short list of favorite movies! I really do need to try some of that Frantage! Sounds fancy just to say it!
    Great bow by the by!

  15. This is so soft and feminine, Lynn! How sweet. Incredible bow and I'm loving that patterned dp you chose. Excellent job with the frantage. I still think you work with that stuff better than anyone I know. I'm never going to get the hang of it. I still won't show any of the projects I've done trying to use it. :-D

  17. Some great coloring on this pretty fairy girl. Love the shading & highlighting you have on her skirt, especially. Great diecut too (that is the set where one size is missing...somewhere! Found the other one I was missing). Love your frontage. You are a dab hand with that stuff. Adds a lot to the fairy glow. Beautiful background papers, and your bow is gorgeous too! TFS & Hugs
