All Dressed Up in Monochromatic

It's time for another challenge over at All Dressed Up!  Our theme this go round is Monochromatic!  We'd love for you to enter so stop by the blog and get all the details.  You must use an All Dressed Up image but if you don't already have one, there are FREE images available on the blog.

I used this cute little kitty called Purrrfect Together that you can find in the All Dressed Up Shop.  In keeping with the theme of monochromatic I used black and white papers and added gray to the kitty with some black and white polka dots on the bow.  It was so hard not to add some red or some other color on there but a challenge is a challenge!   I framed her out with a Camera Frame, added some ribbon, and rhinestones.  The sentiment was completed with a die and then stacked for more dimension.

Thanks for stopping by......and be sure and check out the All Dressed Up blog to see some wonderful inspiration from the DT and enter the challenge.

  7. Love It. You managed to get a little pink nose. I know it's not red, but getting close. LOL I have never tried stacking my dies like you did, but I really want to try it. You do such a good job at it. The polka dotted paper is just perfect. Have a great evening.

  10. You did well on keeping this with no bright colors. The dotted paper made that adorable kitty & her bow just pop. You have some good shading going on for Miss Kitty's coat too. Your bow and the shiny rhinestones - along with her fluffy bow and the die sentiment dressed her up just very finely and so sophisticated in her 'little black dress'. WTG. TFS & Hugs

  29. Very pretty! This works so well for the black and white mono challenge. I'm with you though, black and white just screams out for a little stitch of color somewhere. Good job at not giving it to temptation!
