Everyday Happiness

I've been so bad lately and really haven't created anything new.  I need to remedy that pretty quick - if I can even remember how to do it!  Sometimes life just gets in the way of things we love to do.

I created this a couple of weeks ago and since I don't have anything else to put up for "show and tell", I'll thrown this one in.  I used the Summer Afternoon set from SU and colored it in Copics.  The patterned paper is from Doodle Bug.  The ribbon - I have no earthly idea why I added a piece of GREEN ribbon to this!  YIKES!  It's a pretty nice looking green color but doesn't really go with anything else on the card except maybe the grass (what little there is)!  A button, twine, and a little doodling around the tag finished out the card.  The colors on this really do make me happy though.

Thanks for stopping by........and back to the drawing board now!

  3. I really like this card a whole lot. I love it when you doodle around your cards. I cannot seem to get that particular doodle down pat. I also really like the green and you can and should do anything you like when making your cards. LOL There is also green in your striped paper so I happen to think is was a great choice. The image is adorable and very well colored. Enjoy your day.

  18. I like the green. There is green in your stiped paper and in the grass.

I make things too mitchy matchy and I am trying to learn to pull a random colour out of a card and use it for accent...you have done that very well here.

    Great card.
