This is Dog Days of Summer from Deedee's Digis. This set comes with several different images either pre-colored or not, sentiments, and digi papers! Can't beat a deal like that! Instead of using the pre-colored image I just colored these little pups myself. Did some embossing, layering of papers, and then added the sun and twine.

ReplyDeleteWe've been trying to find a hard plastic pool for the dogs but no luck - the entire town is sold out! One dog hates being hosed down, and the other does the full Internet Dog routine of eating the spray :)

ReplyDeleteAwwww, this is a cute card Lynn! You have done a great job coloring these little cuties. You and CA are really hot!! Our humidity broke last night and today we will only be 78 degrees. Sounds like heaven doesn't it?! It is!! lol But not if you want to get in to the pool cause that means the water will be only in the 70's and this old bird don't get in water that cold. So I guess it is grass mowing today and maybe outside reading. lol Hugs, Brenda

Oh, how funny, Lynn! I almost used this same image for my card this week but ended up with a different one, figuring to use Dog Days next week. I'd offer to trade weather with you but we've been over 100 for the last 3 weeks, not counting 3 days at 99. I'd settle for a wading pool and a water hose myself. :-D
