Love You Mouse

Just spreading a little love today!

I've had this little House Mouse stamp (Contented Mudpie) forever and never could come up with a good way to use it.  Mainly, I'd just sit and admire it - tooooo cute!  I love the expression on his (her) face.  As I was doing my Valentine's this year I decided to use it and it seemed to work out perfect for a way to tell one of the grandkiddos that I love them.

I'll enter this in the challenge at House Mouse and Friends (Love is all Around) and Pixie's Crafty Workshop (snippets).

Thanks for stopping by............
Lynn

  8. Wonderful card Lynn - that little mouse is just so adorable! He reminds me of a little field mouse we once rescued in the depths of Winter. Needless to say we got him a little cage, wheel, nesting box and material and looked after him until it was Spring. For goodness sakes, it took so much time and a effort but he was adorable just like Mudpie. Come Spring we drove to a lovely wooded area miles away and gently released him back into the wild. Totally barking but there you go :) No wonder I adore House Mouse stamps, they remind me of Fudge (a guy's gotta have a name when he's your lodger for three months!).

  17. I'm the same way with some of these HM images, but they are so dang cute, you just can't pass 'em up when you're in craft retail therapy mode. You've done Mudpie proud with this delightful Valentine layout arrangement. Love the different 'fabrics' of the cute hearts and of course the sweet checks in the papers. Combines so pretty with the other patterns, and of course I love the stitched rectangle and ribbon tie! Liked the way you added the sentiment stamping too! Adorable card. TFS & Hugs
