Christmas Quickie

Seems like here lately all I have time to do is make a quickie card.  Hope to get better soon.....but in the meantime, I made a Christmas card - and early too!

The patterned paper is from Stampin' Up, rectangle die from Pretty Pink Posh, sentiment from Hero Arts, and image from Penny Black.  Whew!  That sums it all up in a nutshell!

The reason I wanted to make a Christmas card is so I could enter it in Rudolph's Day Challenge.  Shame on me for not getting one over there every month......and I really am going to try to do better.
I have several stamps (like this one) that I bought for Christmas this past year and still haven't used.  Good goal to set for the year now........use what I already have and get some Christmas cards completed!

Thanks for stopping by...........
Lynn

  10. It's a lot more work than my idea of QACAS, Lynn! (That top panel would have been my whole card, lol!) It's colored and stitched and beribboned and matted with pp and super, super cute!! AND it's still CASlicious! (This would have also been so perfect for the Muse Christmas Visions which just closed, darn it!) Have a good weekend! Hugs, Darnell

  20. This is a wonderful card, Lynne.
I love this wee stamp...Blacks are always adorable! It must have felt good to use a Never Before Used Stuff item! (NBUS as per Darnell)

I seem to have a sea of NBUS so have challenged myself to use a NBUS item on every card I make this year! Even if I make multiples, There is always some little extra wee bit that I add to make the duplicates use something new.

So glad to see you at the MArch Rudolph Days challenge.

  21. Your 'quickie' cards are always delightful! Love the background on this cute kitty and while I'm not a 'cat person' (highly allergic) always love this sweet PB kitty. Great coloring and he looks terrific with the Santa hat & his little stocking. TFS
