1st Valentine

This is the 1st Valentine of the year.  Like I said in my last post......the further I go, the behind-er I get.  I really don't send out but a few Valentines each year though - like to the grands - so I'm sure I'll have them done before Valentine's Day.    I like making them though so maybe next year I'll plan on sending out more.

The raccoon image is from Hero Arts and the heart die from Sugar Peas design.  I attempted to do some graduating pink/red colors for the background.  Anyway, it's a done deal and I'll be posting a couple more Valentines next week since I probably need to get them in the mail pretty quick now.

Thanks for stopping by...........
Lynn

  9. The pink background is lovely, Lynn, and the contrast with the red hearts is fantastic! I remember my mom telling me that red and pink don't go together. I always insisted they did and here's proof! Cute raccoon and an adorable Valentine!

  10. This is just so adorable. I love the cute little image. I think that little raccoon comes to visit my patio at night to see if there is any leftover cat food. Hugs, Maggie

  11. This card just makes me smile Lynn! I hear you on the "further you go, the more behind-er you get" as I'm the same way. I haven't even made any Valentine cards. Sent on out that was in my stash, but that is it. sigh. This one is adorable though! I love your ink blending and that heart die cut, but it is the coon that makes me laugh. His expression is just the cutest. Great job my friend. Hugs, Brenda
