The Crooked Bird

It's a bird - and he's crooked.  I tried moving this stamp every which way I could think of and no matter what, he's still leaning to one side or the other - - or the branch is all whoppy-jawed or whatever.  So, like it or not, he's crooked.  Maybe he's just trying to hang onto that branch because the wind is so high.   Anyway.........

All I can say, is that he's a pretty cute little guy from Unity Stamps (and so is the paper - which, by the way, is green even though it looks a little off-color in the photo).

One more Christmas card down and too many more to even think about.  They're getting VERY clean and simple now (as if they weren’t already) since we're coming down to the wire.

Thanks for stopping by........and keep smiling!

Lynn

  1. He is a cutie, straight or not. I love his hat and it's a good thing he has it since it's windy. That is very cool paper for the panel. I'm with you about clean and simple Christmas cards. I can't believe it's a month away.

  3. I know what the problem is - that bird's name is Eileen! (I lean) That's why it looks crooked! Great paper and a lovely little card too. Sending heartfelt wishes for a good Thanksgiving. Miss you much!

  13. What an adorable card Lynn! I love it! I don't think this cute little guy looks wonky in the slightest, his one foot is going up hill because of the branch, so very normal looking to me! Love this sweet image and love the way you have colored him. That background paper is gorgeous, loving that! And the twin is perfect. I'd say it is a perfect card! Yep, the count down is on! Yikes to me as well! lol Hugs, Brenda
