A Snow Family

Yes, it's time for another {Pin}spirational Challenge!!  We really have a cute, cute photo for your inspiration too - will make you think SNOW!  We're being sponsored this week by Dilly Beans and they'll have a wonderful prize for the winner of our challenge.  We'd love to have you enter our challenge this week......the more the merrier.

I tried to do some kind of swirlly thing with that blue sponging - but never could get it to look like I wanted so what you see is what you get!  Ok, then I snapped a photo of the card.......and even though the pink button is the same color as the scarf, it just wasn't going to happen......Grrrrrrr......I finally just gave up on that.  What you see here is not what you'll see on the challenge blog though. Today, I got the bright idea to add the punched out snowflakes and rhinestones - I little different, but yet the same.  Anyway.....all that aside......check out our challenge blog and see all the wonderful inspiration from the DT.

Isn't this a cute decorating idea!!

Note - After today, {Pin}spirational Challenges will be taking a small break and will see everyone on January 8th.

Thanks for stopping by...........
Lynn

I'm shivering as I look at your card, though! "They" are predicting some 8 inches of snow this week where I'm at! This may be my family picture come Thursday! LOL!

  9. Adorable inspiration photo, but your card is even cuter! Love your coloring and all the sparkle. What wonderful embossing. I have 2 different snowflake embossing folders and I think I've nearly worn them out this season. Now my darling DIL is begging me to put one in her stocking for Christmas (she saw her Christmas card and I had embossed snowflakes on it. :-D )

  19. Your sponging swirls look marvelous...very brrrr-ish. Inspired idea on the added snowflakes too. Your little guys made me smile at their so cute expressions. Glad I'm not the only one who has these problems!!! Yours turned out good though! Color combo is so pretty together. Softly blue, then the vivid pink along with the crisp white snowflake emboss. What a versatile folder this one is. Hugs & TFS

  25. Hi Lynn,
I am trying to catch up on your lovely blog as you know how much I like your CAS designs. These snowmen and women are so cute. Love the hearts and buttons on them. The sponging looks perfect and the crystals in the centre of snowflakes add that twinkle as does the glitter on the hats.
    Love,
    Monica
