More than likely this one will be going to my son. I'm always kidding him about getting old.....gosh, he's going to be a whopping 43 this year! Doesn't seem possible since I'm not that old!
Anyway, I used a cycle die from Memory Box and a sentiment from a very old Close to My Heart set of stamps. The sketch is from Freshly Made Sketches and I'll enter this in their challenge.

ReplyDeleteWhat a cool blast from the past with that old bicycle! I love the tilted panels and that little thin bit of ribbon makes the perfect embellishment too! Your son will get a big kick out of this card, and it's not as bad as my first ride - which would have been a dinosaur! Now that's OLD!! LOL

ReplyDeleteI love this card, Lynn! I have to find that die. Way back when ... hubby and I owned a bicycle shop. He had a real thing for old Penny Farthings and he hand drew a caricature of a little guy riding one which we used as our logo on the store and on all our letterhead/business cards. This one brings back memories of good times before he passed. :-D
