I colored this little "party animal" up with Copics and kept my card super simple - easier to mail this way! LOL! Think this will be fun for a winter birthday card for someone.

This male pingu is all dressed up - he looks swell with his bow tie. And the balloon is coloured in so well. The ribbon adds that special texture. Such a sweet card.
