That Gold Stuff

If y'all remember - last week I made a card and titled the post "A Little Late".  Well, this one is definitely a little early!!  Everyone is going Fall and Christmas so I thought I'd jump right on along to Valentine's Day!

The heart and sentiment are from Filled With Love (SU) and I found this Cuttlebug embossing folder recently and figured it'd be good for Valentine's Day - or just a simple love type card.

Now, on to "that gold stuff"........It's Frantage - a little gold, pink, and white.  I recently purchased  some and I must say it's fabulous!!!!  You kinda sprinkle it on and then heat set it and walla......prettiness!  Not sure this is the type of card it goes on but it's on here anyway because I couldn't wait to try some of it out.  If you'll take a peek at Marilyn's blog, One Stamping Fool, and Tammy's blog, Tammy's Spot you'll see the way they've used it and it's gorgeous!

Thanks for stopping by.................
Lynn

  2. What a terrific card, Lynn. I love that Frantage. I think your card is the perfect application for it. I did check out the other girl's use of it and they did a wonderful job with it also. Have a great day. I saw that a lot of Texas might have rain today I hope you are lucky enough to get some in your area.

  14. ooooh! this is FAB! the whole textural, white-on-white C&S design is already awesome; the hit of red is dramatically impactful (as they say in the design trade, lol!) :) and YEAH, the "gold stuff" totally, TOTALLY rocks!!!!!!!! ♥♥♥

  18. Clever YOU to get a jumpstart on another holiday with this very fab card. Loved the embossed background with the perky red heart design and banner. I'm just learning about frontage...someone had to 'splain to me what it be. I think it added some nice texture to your card. Will have to find out more about this product, and then find a source. Thanks for the links too. (Yes the repair folks were a trial yesterday. Got me so behind, then when they left, I was in _no mood_ for anything but grumpy. Better today!
