Laugh - Don't Laugh

These you can laugh at..........While I had that Stampin' Up set out the other day with the cat I decided to make a bookmark using it and also one of the other stamps in that set.  Just something to laugh at while reading a book.  I used watercolors on the bowl and cherries.

These you're not allowed to laugh at..........I've been trying to free hand a little bit with watercolors.  VERY much so a beginner but it's kinda fun to at least try something different.   The stamped sentiment is from Technique Tuesday.

Thanks for stopping by.............and keep smiling!
Lynn

You made me laugh, then astounded me. I love the fun bookmarks and life does sometimes make me gag. Your attempt at watercolor is awesome. I'm very impressed and they are beautiful.

This is a great collection of bookmarks! I always crack up over that gag sentiment but the cherries remind me of a summer day. The water coloring you did is just beautiful! Graceful, flowing and beautifully done with that perfect sentiment too! NJ on all of these!

I remember that cat with the fun sentiment on your card :D well done making a bookmark with it! Love the one with the bowl of cherries too, I'm eating some from my tree just now, spitting the pits :D and fingers crossed that this time lasts long ;) LOL
Your watercoloring is SO good! I enlarged the photo, love your brushstrokes and the splatters! Well done! My favourite is the first at right (I think it's lavender) there is a lot of movement in this painting!

Your first two bookmarks are smile worthy. Nicely done. Your second three book marks are amazing. Very well colored. You should do more water colors. Love them.
