A Little Merry

Getting a little merry - a little bit early.  Christmas will actually be here soon though so I might as well start getting with the program on Christmas cards.

This is a very small stamp from Studio G that I've had forever!  I don't even remember buying it so not sure where it came from.  I've always thought it was so cute though.  The sentiment is from Stampin' Up - another well loved stamp.  A very CAS card colored with Copics and popped up on the rectangle dies.

I'll enter this in the challenge at Less is More - small images.

Is It Hot Enough!

Is it hot enough for everyone!!!  Wow!   I know the northeastern part of the U.S. is being fried to a crisp right now and I feel so sorry for you if that's where you are.  We're pretty used to 100 and up temps here but I know not everyone is.  Hope things cool off for you soon............

but if not, find a good spot of water and chill out like this little gal.  I used a wave stencil from Newton's Nook and then the image and sentiment are from MFT  Had to add that Lil Inker sun too of course.  I colored this with some Arteza markers.

I realize that in my last post I said I'd be back in a few days but I didn't make it.  Busy summer around here but will try to pop in when I can.

Croak - 2 Crafty Criter Crazies

It's time for another challenge from 2 Crafty Critter Crazies.  When you enter, remember to have some kind of critter on your project and all will be good.

We're being sponsored this month by A Day for Daisies who also provided the DT with images.  I kept my card simple with just some Kraft, patterned paper, a die, some twine and a sentiment from Technique Tuesday that seemed to go perfect with that cute frog.  Love those eyelashes!
