It's time again for another wonderful challenge from Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenges. Our sponsor this time is Polkadoodles. Be sure and enter your card in our Anything Goes challenge for a chance to win a prize package from Polkadoodles.
For my card today I used an image from Polkadoodles of the little girl posting a letter. I added some trees with a Spellbinders stamp and some clouds. For the "snow" I used Twinklets Diamond Dust which is a chunky type of glitter.
Be sure and stop by our challenge and enter for a chance to win!

No One But Me
I apologize for not being around to anyone's blog to comment this last week or so. I actually HAVE commented but it was on my phone and I just noticed that none of them went through! UGH! I'm having a bit of a neck issue and can't sit at the computer for any length of time so that's why I was commenting from my phone. I guess they're floating around out there in never never land. No earthly idea where they are or why they didn't go through.
So, I haven't forgotten anyone and really have been trying. I'll be back in full swing as soon as I can get my neck going right again.

Fancy Flowers - Jan's Digi Shop
Usually you'll see a critter on my blog - however, ever so often I get a little girly too...so here you go!
It's time again for another challenge at Jan's Digi Shop Challenge........Anything Goes! The winner will receive a wonderful prize package from Jan's shop too so be sure and enter your card or project for a chance to win.
I used one of Jan's newer sets called Tea Time. So many pretty images. Once again I kept my card simple and also used the pre-colored version. No way could I color this pretty! I basically printed it out and added the sentiment and then printed it out a second time, cut out some of the flowers, and popped them up for dimension. I'm loving those flowers! In real life the dimension looks so nice due to popping up some of the flowers.
Be sure and stop by the challenge and enter!

Sweet Wishes - PIP Challenges
I have a little snow couple for you today. We also have another challenge at Pammie's Inky Pinkies for Anything Goes. Our sponsor this time is Bugaboo! Be sure and come over and enter your card or project for a chance to win a fabulous prize from there!
I used this cute little snowman couple along with some patterned paper with snowflakes all over it. The rectangle frame was already on my desk from another project. I stamped a sentiment and added a few snowflakes and that was about it. They're colored in Copics.
Thanks for stopping by and be sure and enter our challenge at Pammie's Inky Pinkies.

Quick Post
And................She's back! YAY!
Yes, I'm back now from all the travels. My daughter and I took a mother/daughter trip at Christmas and went to the Grand Canyon. We'd never seen it before other than flying over it so it was nice to see. Everyone should probably see it at least once I guess. I was so proud of her.......she didn't even act like she wanted to push me over the side of the canyon! Amazing!
After leaving there the plan was to head to Vegas but due to the weather, we ended up in Phoenix. They do have casinos there though too so............One pull on the slot machine there and she won $300. Numerous pulls on the slot machine - and I basically donated money to the casino. No trip would be complete without a little shopping so we also hit the outlet mall there. She got to spend some of her winnings - and as usual, I just got to spend my hard earned money.
Got back home from that trip and did all the Christmas business with the grands - and then I took off to do the "I need to see my brother" trip down to south Texas. All this was really nice but it's even nicer to be back home.
There's no way to catch up on all the commenting so I'm not even going to try. I know I've missed so much though. Slowly but surely I'll be back around.
I'll leave you with a super simple "git 'er done" card using a new image from Studio Katia and some tri-colored Spectrum Noir markers that were a very special gift from a sweet friend. (I do like the markers too! They seem to blend really easy).
Thanks for stopping by........

Getting RItzy - Jan's Digi Shop
Moving right along into January, it's going to be time for Valentine's pretty soon. It's also time for Jan's Digi Shop Challenge. I used one of the images from this cute set called Puttin on the Ritz. Isn't this little guy a cutie? There's more cute stamps in the set too. Check it out HERE!
I printed out my penguin and then cut him out after coloring with Copics. I used a framing die from My Favorite Things and some pine tree images from Impression Obsession. The sentiment is also from the set of Jan's stamps. To create the background I just used some distressed inks for the background and then splattered some gesso for snow. I was pretty proud of myself on the splatters too.....first time I had actual splatters and not streaks of white stuff all across the card!! I amazed myself!
Come on over and enter our challenge - it's an Anything Goes challenge and a lot of fun!

Is It Spring Yet! - 2 CCC
First of all............HAPPY NEW YEAR! Hope you have a glorious year.
We're starting the new year off right with a new challenge from 2 Crafty Critter Crazies. It's always an Anything Goes challenge but you just have to remember to use some type of critter on your card or project. This month we're being sponsored by none other than Bugaboo! Such cute images there so be sure and check out the store.
For my card today I'm using Mouse - Big Flower, It's a fun image and reminds me that even though today is the first of January and cold in a lot of places, spring will be here shortly. I've colored the image in Copics and believe that's some very old SU patterned paper I used.
Thanks for stopping by...............
