The challenge beginning today over at Creative Belli is themed "children". Come on over to the blog and check out all the great inspiration from the Design Team and then submit your project for a child. Remember, in keeping with the spirit of the Belli Challenge to use your old and forgotten embellishments.
I thought that little Mickey Mouse would make a great card for any child - boy or girl. I mean, I STILL love Mickey (and Pluto and all the rest). I used the Happy Birthday embossing folder on this card and don't think I've used it but maybe once before - I just always forget I have it. A very simple card but will work for a cute Birthday card for a child.
Thanks for stopping by and be sure and check out the Belli Challenge.
Thanks so much for all the comments on me trying to get well around here......I'm feeling so much better and will hopefully get around to everyone's blog sometime later this afternoon. Instead of a "six pack", the doctor gave me a "four pack"........get up and go shot, Z pack, steroids, and cough syrup! Gotta love those docs!

Sweet birthday card Lynn. Mickey's always a winner. Glad you are feeling better, keep up the good work!
You are too funny a four pack, love it. Your card is adorable, gotta love Micky and Friends, how can you not smile with this sweet card. Love how you did that bow with the red behind it. Glad you are feeling better, but don't over do, after all isn't there a special day coming up :)
Cute! And who doesn't love Mickey Mouse? Love the embossing, ribbon and your fab image.
I LOVE your Mickey Mouse card and that embossing folder is perfect. (I forget to use my embossing folders most of the time, but I still love them). That bright plaid bow is like the icing on the cake. Glad to hear you got a 4-pack and hope it kicks in right away.
I still love all the original Disney characters, too! Fabulous card, Lynn, and I'm so glad you used the Birthday embossing folder. You reminded me that I have it, too! Love the red, white and black color palette.

I hope you feel better and soon!!

Lynn, I LOVE Mickey and Gang so this is a winner right off the bat with me. Great ribbon/button. Any child would be happy to get this. I'm so glad you are feeling a bit better. I got a z-pack today also for a sinus infection. I also have an ear problem which is making me dizzy. I found out that it is hard to make cards when you are dizzy. Let's hope we both mend quickly.
Adorable! I love the Mickey Mouse image. Very cute birthday card!
Glad you're feeling a bit better!!! I know of a 6 pack that will help! LOL
Great birthday card for a child! I have to create one for next week!!!

What child doesn't love Mickey Mouse?!? The embossing folder is great and I'll be you'll be using it more now. I hope you shake this stuff real soon. My DH had it for over a month until he got the Z pack. That seems to work pretty well. I need one of those get up and go shots.
