Cow Are You

Cowabunga. how now brown cow, till the cows come home, and all those other cute cow sayings!  We have cows in Texas.  Yep, all kinds of cows....but don't know if I've ever seen any as cute as these two.  Although I did have one a long time ago named Harold that was almost as cute.  Anyway.....

They're from Deedee's Digis and I've used the pre-colored version today.  The set also comes in the line version you can color yourself AND that cute cowhide looking paper AND sentiments.  A win win situation!  Be sure and check out Deedee's Digis for not only this set but so many more as well.  Plus, there's our monthly progressive challenge going on and you can read all about it there.

I actually printed out the big mama twice and popped her up to give some dimension.  The sky was sponged in and sun added.  Like I said, the black and white patterned paper came with this set of digis but then I added some red and white gingham check paper as well.  A bit of twine and it's done.

Thanks for stopping by.......
Lynn

Cute, cute, cute! Love these cows and your fab layout. Perfect cow paper and the red checks add just the right amount of pizazz. Great sky Lynn... those clouds look so soft and billowy!

Yes these cows are much cuter than any I've seen in real life, but then again I never saw Harold. I love your sky work and that nice bright sun shining. Our sun is shining her today after we had three more inches of snow over night. It's so very nice to see the feel the sun. I think your gingham paper was the ideal addition to this already darling card. Have a good day.

Too cute....the first thing I thought of when I saw the big cow as your card was loading was the Chick-fil-a cow. HA Well, that is how my mind works. Anyway, these cows are so adorable and I really like the designer papers...both of them. Super card, Lynn.

Another witty card, Lynn and SO DARN CUTE. Yes, somehow cows and mice and frogs always look better on paper. And so do snails but dogs and cats are sweeter in real life. Lol. There was my analysis of animals in real life and on paper. Haha.

I like the crisp colour combo here and the sentiment is so funny.

I have just made a card with the rub ons you sent me. As you know, you have sent me supplies for a life time. So they never seem to run out. But sadly the rub ons are not working that well as our container lay in the sun for 3 months before it could move to our apartment. So the heat and humidity have done their share. But never the less, this rub on worked and it was wonderful. I like it's soft hues.

Love,
M

Awww, this is just the cutest card Lynn!! I love those cows too. We have cows here as well, either steers or milk cows. The cows we get are steers and I don't get to attached to them because I will be eating one of them. lol But I do love going up to the farm and seeing them. I think cows/steers have such soulful eyes and that doesn't help if you are eating them! This card is just too dear, so I definitely couldn't eat these cuties! Hugs, Brenda
