Sharing a Carrot

It's a mouse - and a rabbit!  Nothing better than sharing a carrot with friends I guess.  Rambo (our doxie) and I usually share one too.  Never knew a dog would like carrots.  Anyway..........

I used the House Mouse stamp called Carrot Friends - colored in Copics and then popped up and mounted on a stitched die.  Two pieces of different patterned paper were added and then the ribbon.  I have so much patterned paper and never seem to use it enough, but sure know how to collect it - just like everyone else I suppose.

I'd like to enter this in the challenge at House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge (Friends).

Thanks for stopping by.........and have a great weekend!
Lynn

Dots and check....loving both. Just call me "The Collector" with paper. With making my own backgrounds and CAS cards, I don't use it nearly enough.
Your card is just precious. Roxie will have good eyesight eating those carrots. :-)

Really sweet image Lynn!! Mocca (my doxie) likes carrots too, but she has special food and can't enjoy them any more. I love the layout on your design here! :)

Love the way you popped up the image with the stitched white background! I am so in love with all the House Mouse stamps! Great card! I, too, have a ton of patterned paper!! Me thinks we are not alone!!

Ah I love and have this stamp but have yet to use it. The papers you went with are ideal for this image. Molly and I used to share raw carrots when she was younger but as she got older she only liked them cooked. Daisey never did like them raw but loves them cooked. They get veggies every night and butternut squash and broccoli are their favorites, followed closely by carrots. Of course they also like strawberry ice cream and cookies. they eat what ever Jack eats. LOL Enjoy your weekend.

Cute image which made an adorable card. Our beagle would not touch vegetables. But...Our grandpuppy loves vegetables...especially carrots. We used to keep dog treats for her...but my daughter told us not to bother anymore...Just to feed her Carrots!

Abby loves cooked carrots - and carrot peels. Raw carrots she looks at like "um, there's something wrong with that food"

Aww... My heart just melted when I saw your friendship card! The image is just so sweet! I am so much like you! I have so much patterned papers and I can't seem to use them up. I am one of those people who save almost all my scrap papers, so I have a thousand of those little pieces along with my uncut papers. I stop buying patterned papers altogether and try to just make use of what I have now. One of these days we'll eventually use up our papers! ;)

Such a pretty and sweet card!
When I was growing up, we had a mixed breed dog who was my constant companion. I would eat the carrot and he would eat the ends-made for a wonderful friendship!
