Birthday Flower

I'm trying to make a few extra birthday cards whenever I can so I'll have some on hand when I forget that so and so had a birthday - 2 weeks ago?  You know what I'm talking about I'm sure.  My intentions are always good,  but........

This was done for a challenge a week or so ago and never got entered and so once again...... good intentions, but...........
I used a flower stamp from Simon Says Stamp and the sentiment is from Stampabilities.

Thanks for stopping by...........and have a great weekend.
Lynn

I really like the design of this card and that gorgeous flower. I have this stamp too and just got it out to make a card with it. Yours is delightful. Hope I get mine made this weekend.

Well, this is a real beauty of a birthday card! I love you simple and CAS style of card making and that washi tape is the perfect touch! I hope you're having a very happy birthday yourself right now :) Eat a piece of cake for me, ok? :)

Such pretty coloring and I like the way you've placed this pink stem. The stripe washi border is perfect, and I really like the way you've cut the edge at a slant. Good for you at making cards ahead. A Big Happy to your own self tomorrow too. TFS & Hugs

It's lovely, Lynn. You do make very pretty pink cards, you know. Hope you and Jim are doing well.
We were off to Perth in Western Australia and then to India. It was nice.

Lots of love,

Monica

This flower is so pretty, Lynn, and you have found the perfect sentiment for it! The font mimics the curving of the flower!

Very pretty card, Lynn! Good plan about the birthday cards. I try to think of upcoming birthdays and get them made ahead of time but that doesn't always work out!
