A Bit of Penguin Poop

I've been around a long time and have seen a lot of things - but I've never in my life seen penguin poop......and probably never will either.  I seriously doubt if it comes in colors like this but who really knows unless you've seen it.   I mean, even going to the zoo, I don't go around looking at all the colors of poop.  The expression on this little guys face is saying he's a little surprised it came out in different colors but then again, maybe he's never closely examined his poop either!!!

I saw this stamp set from Whimsy Stamps a while back and after seeing the expressions on his face just knew I had to have it.  I added the rolling 'hill' and trees, sponged in some clouds, cut out the image and popped it up, and it's a done deal.  Quick and easy - and fun - birthday card.

Because I actually used snippets on this card and haven't been to Pixie's Crafty Workshop in a coons age I figured I'd take it over there and enter it in her challenge!

Thanks for stopping by...........
Lynn

I almost spit my coffee all over the keyboard laughing at this one, Lynn!! What hilarious fun!!! Those clouds you have created are divine with your snowy slopes and pines. But, or course, your penguin and his three scoops of poop are the star of the show!!! Awesome, my friend!!

Okay, you gave me a giggle this morning.....I had visions of this little dude looking behind himself with an empty cone... then scoop! Very creative, Lynn!

This penguin has been eating blueberries and spinach! That explains it. Cute card and you're right - that look is hilarious. You created a great winter scene for him.

Oh Lynn - card first! It's adorable, so, so cute! I totally love this.

And it's just wonderful to see you back in the Snippets Playground! So much has happened it seems in your life, I hope you're fine - and most of all HAPPY!?

We've been on a roller coaster here - Dudley - the Havanese puppy (just over eight months old) is adorable and has turned life upside down really. He's a scamp but also the most lovely pup in the world (sorry Rambo!).

I just had a return of the dreaded gout after three whole years and it's taken two months to be mobile again. It seems to hit really hard when I get it but am on the list for a telephone consultation with my doc tomorrow - when I will insist on long term prevention meds. It's not perfect I know but this has been another nightmare for us and without Dudley (and Len) I really do not know if I could have coped!

You take care and I've thought about you loads recently going through this - and am so thrilled you returned to play!

Hugs

Di xx and a woof from Dudley!

This is hilarious and I love it! I agree, the facial expression is what sells the stamp set! LOL It's too cute and too funny and I love the white trees and curvy hillside with those gorgeous billowy clouds! As for me, I'm sticking with the real ice cream, thanks just the same :)

I'm not going to stop chuckling about this for days, Lynn! I've never seen that penguin and that hysterical sediment and now I have to have it, too! That wide-eyed expression is the absolute best and I love his beer belly!! And BTW your clouds are fantastic! Did you use a stencil or just "roll" your sponge? They look more real than perfectly rounded ones. Enjoy your weekend! Hugs, Darnell

Aleeza would love this poopy card except that the poop looks more like tasty icecream. The trees look lovely - white and calm.
