For some reason - and not just because I really like frogs - I ordered several sets of frog stamps lately. So.....get ready because you may be seeing lots of frogs in the next month or so. Frogs really are cute little guys. Maybe not if you don't like them, but I do. They feel all squishy and just fun. Rambo actually hates the little devils. One spit in his eye several years ago and his entire eye swelled up and shut. He wasn't a happy little dog at all! Anyway............
Here's a couple using stamps from Aall & Create (sentiments from Art Impressions).
On this first one I used some background wavy paper from Paper Studio and then some polka dot vellum. On the circle I lightly stamped some marks with an old SU stamp, added the sentiment, and tucked in some flowers on the side. I'll enter this in the challenge over at Sketch Saturday (sketch).
This second one.........ah.......he kinda looks like he's walking on water. Who even knows what I thought I was doing on this one. I used a stencil from Newton's Nook for the waves and then perched him on top of them.....why? - I really can't answer that one! He really does look like I feel on a lot of days though.

OH! I have to laugh at each of these fabulous cards, love the blue background on the first with the pretty water lily. Then your second frog with his crazy expression, makes me chuckle, Super cards Lynn.

Such sad frogs...so cute! Love the background paper on the first. We lost one of our two frogs this week. We raised them from tadpoles as a science project for our grandson.
These frogs are a total hoot! Your take on the sketch is fantastic and I love the vellum strips you added to that watery background! As for the 2nd card, that frog looks too sad to be hoppy! LOL I love that he's got his head above water and that dragonfly accent is too cute! Now I have that song "Don't worry, be happy" stuck in my head LOL Thanks for the smiles! No worries for me today :)

Ha!!! I love frogs too! Love holding them, love seeing them. Almost ran over one when I was putting the mower away yesterday, but thankfully I saw him at the last minute and stopped. Poor Rambo, no wonder he doesn't like frogs! Your first card makes me smile, the expression on this frogs face is priceless! What a great birthday card!!! Great take on the sketch as well. The second fog card just makes me chuckle, he kind of reminds me of Eeyore...I can even hear him talking like Eeyore. LOL Love this one too, the waves are fun and I just love that tiny dragonfly. Lynn, these are some fabulous frog images and you have showcased them so cute! Love them. We have tons of frogs here - especially at our pond - it is so loud there are night. Wish they were this cute! Hugz
Your frogs are fabulously fun, I think it's great your went on a frog 'hunt' for a shopping spree, I do that a lot myself, pick something then stock up on it!! Great take on our sketch too!

Oh my gosh these frog's faces are cracking me up!! I especially like the one at the bottom! LOL Great take on the sketch with the water background and I love the stenciled background with the dragonfly. Looks like he's saying "REALLY?!" LOL

These are one of my fav sets of stamps, each time i see these frogs their expressions make me laugh - I love how you've used them to make 2 brilliant hoppy cards:-) x
I love him Lynn, I would not get close or pick him up, but love him as an image for fun cards, both are fabulous..
