Couple of CAS Cards

Just a real quick post today - and showing you a couple of very quick CAS cards I made on Sunday.  It just seems like I don't have any time anymore to craft!  Maybe it's this beautiful weather we're having and I keep finding myself outside more.

The butterflies were punched with a MS punch....added a strip of DP....did a little embossing and using Nesties.....matted them - and it's done.

Did someone say they wanted to see a YELLOW card!!  LOL!  I used an old CTMH image and one of the new frame dies from SU.  Also did some embossing and paper piecing - and again, it's done.

Thanks for stopping by........I'll try to be a little more chatty on Friday (if I can come up with a post! Yikes)  You don't think I'm getting lazy in my old age, do you! LOL

Great cards Lyn with fabulous layouts. Those different coloured butterflies really pull you into the card... colour among all the white space. Now the yellow one... holy smokes, I do like yellow and this card is so cheery and bright - it's a feel good day!

Oh these cards are so pretty. They seem simple until you look closer and then you see all the embossing work and punching and everything! I love them! I wish I could go outside, the pollen in Maryland is so bad, if you walk outside for 10 minutes, you turn green!

Hugs,

Chriss

Lynn, Two fabulous cards. I LOVER CAS cards. You are the first I've seen to use that new die from SU. Very nice. I want to make cards today also, but other chores are calling my name. Maybe I can try to sneak one in for the day. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Well, the CAS cards are the way to go when we're limited w/ crafty time!

I feel all I do these days is walk dogs!
Between slow leash walking Sweet Pea FOUR times a day.......to off-leash walking Buddy and Nolie at the dog park (1 hour)...to walking the CT Humane Dogs.......I'm exhausted!!!

Enough of my complaining! No complaints with these cards!!! Love the strip of pp on the first card! Really brings the squares home.
And that yellow is so cheerful!!!!!!!! Another fab bow!!!!

Great cards Lynn! I love the strip of turquoise dsp with those great orange and wine colors - they all look great mixed up like you did them! And being a person who used to hate yellow and never used it, lately I can't keep enough of it in my stash!! I love your yellow card, and especially that little frame around that cute image! NJ!

Love the bright colors. And you inspire me to make the butterfly punch purchase! I go back and forth on wanting a butterfly die - but then I see this and BAM! The butterfly discussion in my head is over - and moves from a want list to a NEED list! Thanks for the inspiration - as always. P.S. I REALLY love that pink flower card in the previous post!

Oh goodness, both cards are beautiful! Love the color combo on the first, and the yellow is so bright and cheerful! Impossible to decide between the two of them!

Oh, Lynn, I love both of these! The yellow is bright and sunny, and the one with the butterflies is so delicate. Wonderful design on that one with the layers and all the clean white on it. Wonderful cards.
