Oh Sheep!

First of all, I'd like to thank everyone for all the well wishes for Jim!  He's doing so much better (and hope we can keep it that way now).  We still have a long road to go but things are looking up a little.  Thank you so much for all your thoughts and prayers for us.

I've had a little time the last couple of days (when he's sleeping or parked in front of the TV) to do some crafting.   YEA!  One of the first cards I just had to make was using Farmyard Friends from Newton's Nook.  Cute, cute set of stamps!  I watercolored the "grass" and "sky" and then placed the blue check patterned paper behind it.  I remembered I had some paper that looked like hay and added a strip of it on the side.  The sheep were lightly colored with Copics and then Liquid Applique added.  A couple of sequins, the sun, sentiment, and the card was complete.

I'd like to enter this in the Inky Paws Challenge at Newton's Nook (watercolor) and Pixie's Crafty Workshop (snippets).

Thanks so much for stopping by.............
Lynn
