Feline Better?

I never seem to have a get well card when I need one and usually by the time I can get one made the person is already well again!  Now's a good time for me to stock up on those cards since I have this cute set of stamps to make some with.

I used one of the stamps from the Newton's Sick Days set at Newton's Nook.   I didn't have a Copic or colored pencil in the mint color but did have some ink so used my blender pen to pick up the color in the ink pad to use on Newton's bowl.  My polka dot piece of coral paper looks a little too pink but that's how the camera picked it up in the photograph.  I added a little Glossy Accents to the pill bottle and some Wink of Stella on the bowl.  The embossing was done with a Sizzix embossing folder.

I'll enter this in the color challenge at Newton's Nook

Thanks for stopping by......
Lynn

A cat? You made a card with a cat image? What did Rambo have to say about that, my friend? LOL Never mind, it a wonderful card and will definitely cheer someone who's not feeling well. Great way to get the exact shade of mint green that you need. Thanks for that excellent tip. :-D

This is so pretty! I love how you used the colors as soft accents against the white background and white kitty! The glossy accents on the bottle give the perfect finishing touch! Thanks so much for playing along with our inky Paws challenge!
