The stamps are from Paper Smooches. The anchor was embossed in gold and the sentiment in white. Twine from Lawn Fawn added and a tiny die cut heart.

I really like this wonderful CAS card.
I have an anchor that I cut out of a die ages ago...
and couldn't figure out how to make a card with it.
I looked at yours...and, of course, the thought going
through my mind was..."Now, why didn't I think of that?"
I feel a case coming on...smile.
That red and white baker's twine is so nautical! Well, so is the rest of your card but that twine really seals the deal. Fun card!
