In Spurts

I'm still hanging around somewhat but you'll only be seeing me in spurts I guess.  There are several reasons for this.......can't seem to get a good picture of anything I do, the camera is almost as old as I am and probably going on the blink, it could possibly be the camera operator malfunctioning or going on the blink too, the phone camera doesn't seen to want to cooperate with the lighting .......and then you have...... the weather is gorgeous here so it's nicer to be outside instead of cooped up in the house, and last but not least - just the plain old being busy.  Take your pick for one of those as an excuse!

Anyway, here's one of the latest.  I used the new dachshund stamp set from Gerda Steiner Designs.  It sorta looks like he just threw up the ball.......YIKES!  Maybe he just hit it with his nose causing it to bounce instead.  Whatever........

Rambo was pretty excited thinking the stamp set was made just for him.

I'll enter this at Pixie's Crafty Workshop - to use snippets and over at Allsorts - All about Pets.

Thanks for stopping by.........
Lynn

Cute dog and I love your design. It really gives depth and movement to the card. I know what you mean about being outside. After the weather we've had I can't wait to get out. We had frost this morning but suppose to get in the 80's by the weekend. You never know what to expect.

Too cute, my friend! Love what you did with that Rambo look-alike and how he's jumping out of the 'window' chasing his favorite ball. Terrific design. :-D

Eeep, this is the cutest dachshund image and I love his party hat too! How incredible that he can run and jump and not lose that fun hat?! LOL This is a smashing birthday card, lots of fun things to see and I'll take your cards in spurts or any way you want to share them! Each one is worth waiting for :) Enjoy the nice weather - ours is coming later this week supposedly.

Really cute puppy image, and I love how you've used this stitched window(I have it, and can never think of a way to use it with the image I'm doing at the time!) Nice design detail to have this little poochie leaping out of the frame as you've done after that bouncing ball. Oh yeah, the grass too! Got a chuckle from your reasoning...sounds just like here! TFS & Hugs

What a cute card! Great design. Jim gave me a store bought birthday card today. It had the cutest beagle on it. Reminded me of our Snoopy! (we spent 15 wonderful years with him)

Rambo is going to be full of himself, Lynn, just like Hammy, now that he has a stamp set that looks just like him! And well he should cuz he's adorable booting that ball outside of the frame with his nose! Great sediment to go along with it! I'll take you in spurts ~ however I can get you!! Hugs, Darnell

SO glad you have good weather out there - enjoy it. This card is so cute and springy. Love it. Perfect sentiment too. Such a cute dog. Like how is peeping out of the window and his legs are covered with the bushes. Very real.

Rambo probably thinks his birthday is coming right up! Love the dachshund and how you've used that peek-a-boo frame! A perfect fit! I think he's nosing the ball back to you. Or if I threw it, it would be bouncing off his nose. Terrible aim!

Awww. . . he's so cute. Yes, it looks like he bounced it off his nose. Love seeing your creations and hope that we'll continue to have that pleasure.

Such a fun card, Lynn! I knew the minute I spied this in GS store, you'd probably scoop it up! Rambo has his own stamps! :) Darling card - very playful! Glad you are enjoying your outside sunshine!

At least you are doing "in spurts", better than me! lol I love this card and it does not look like the dog threw up the ball you silly girl! It does look like he is making the ball bounce with his nose though. I think it is just so dang cute! Well, I'm in agreement with Rambo and if it wasn't made just for him it should have been. lol Hugs, Brenda
