I'm giving my son the bird..........
What's not to love about this crazy bird from Katzeldraft! I did a little stenciling with some distress inks and colored him with Copics....added some googly eyes, twine, and a sentiment (from Simon Says Stamp) that says it all. Several years ago we all decided that the only one getting birthday gifts would be the grandchildren so my two kids don't get a birthday gift and neither do I.....the card is the gift (and not even any money included)!

Awww.... Adorable!!! Such cute and fun crazy bird with those googling eyes!! And a very beautiful design! Love these colours and the irregular dots of the stencil!! The stitching and the wrapped twine are pretty touches to finish the card and the sentiment makes me smile. :D In our family we do the same

This card is a total hoot! LOL I just love the googly eyes on this fun bird and the colors are great. The stenciled background with the wonky stitching just adds to the overall fun, but that sentiment just cracked me up! LOL Great job on this one :)
