If you're a guy and live in this part of Texas, more than likely you're a deer hunter! Now personally, I can't see shooting one of these wonderful creatures because they are just so pretty, but, as I said, it's a "guy thing"! (Oh, and sometimes it's even a "girl thing"!) This is a birthday card for one of the "guys" in the family. You may have to click on the picture to see the sentiment better.....I'm working on constructing a light box so I can get better photos.
I used New England Ivy from CTMH and Chocolate Chip from SU. The "camo" paper is some that I had in my stash that a friend had given to me. The stamp sets I used are both from SU: Noble Deer and Well Scripted. I paper pierced in the bottom corner and added the twine and the circle clip.
Thanks for stopping by...............

Great guy card! Those can be so hard to make. Thanks for commenting on my blog.
Oh Lynn, your *coloring* is awesome! That card would go over great in East Central Illinois, too! Lots of deer hunting in this area. The *camo* is cool, too!
I love your card- in some counties here in Illinois, opening day of deer hunting season is a Holiday off of school for the kids!!! Anyway, love your DP and great image.
Love this card! That camo paper is a perfect touch, and I just love the image you used! Great job!
What a great guy card and the camo paper couldn't be anymore perfect. Wonderful!!!
HI Lynn....definitely a guy card and I agree too about the whole hunting thing...but I guess it's been going on for years and years, so we can't get that hunting/gathering mentality out of the men, huh??
Nice work!!

Great card! Guy cards are such a challenge for me, you did great. :-)
Great guy card, Lynn! I stuggle with these and have a couple coming up soon! Love the camaflouge PP.
This is really nice!
This is a very nice, woodsy, guy card. Unfortunately, hunters are everywhere. But if they weren't out making trouble my hubby wouldn't have a job (he's a Natural Resource Law Enforcement Officer - game warden/park ranger/police officer all in one).
The use of the camo is perfect to tie in the hunting theme.
