Fall(ing) for All Dressed Up

I'm All Wrapped Up in the images from Wendy's Burns All Dressed Up shop......and it just so happens this one is called All Wrapped Up!  Take a look at Wendy's shop and you can find this cute image among many more.

It's time again for another challenge at All Dressed Up!!  Be sure and check out our challenge blog and enter for your chance to win.  See all the rules of the challenge on the blog - and note there are some free images there too.  Our theme this go-round is Give Thanks/Autumn Colors.

I used some Chocolate Chip card stock and My Minds Eye patterned paper for my card.  The image is colored in Copics.  I added some twine and did a little bit of stitching.  Normally I would have stamped the sentiment (from a Simon Says Stamp kit) directly on the card but thought by punching it out in the scalloped oval it gave it more dimension.

Thanks for stopping by and be sure and head on over to our challenge blog for more inspiration from the DT.

Thanks for stopping by................
Lynn

I like this image and you've colored her with some very nice colors. Your stitching on that paper is quite attractive and I love the font on the sentiment and it looks like it popped up to give some nice dimension. Have a good weekend cutting the grass.

Hi Lynn, I like the symmetry on each side with the pp. She is so pretty with her long legs. As a teenager how I wished I had those legs. I like the flowers growing around her and the font of the sentiment is lovely.

that is just tooooooooooo LOVELY! again, the first thing that impresses is the level of coloring, but paper choice and embellies are right up there. on this one the "icing" is the jute twine and those two little lines of stitching that really add texture and interest! (♥WOW♥!)
