This is for a special friend who has a birthday coming up next week - and it just so happens it's on St. Patrick's Day too - so I had to add a tad bit of green to the card of course.
The stamp set I used is from Inkadinkado. It reminds me of spring (which I hope is coming pretty quick around here as I'm tired of cold weather now). Anyway, he's colored in Copics. The banner....ah the banner.........I got it made with the intention of placing it vertical and not horizontal. However, it got slapped down on the card and I knew if I tried to get it up and re-position it, I was going to wreck the card - so.........

I agree with Bonnie's comment above - that horizontal banner is a twist from the norm and it has a fresh new look which I really like! The gnome looks perfect for spring the way you colored him and it's a perfect St. Patrick's day birthday card!

What a cute birthday card Lynn, love this little gnome with his daisy! I'm not huge into gnomes but there are a few I like and this is one. I think the banner looks great going the way it is. I hope your friend loves this as much as I do! Yes, I'm so over winter, even though we had a warm one, I just want temps of 70 and above now. LOL Not asking for much, right?! Hugs, Brenda
Lynn, the card arrived yesterday and it's fantastic. Your coloring is incredible! I adore gnomes and am smiling over this one. You really made my upcoming birthday perfect. Since you and I seem to have developed a pattern over the years of one of us forgetting the other's birthday on alternating years, I'm sure you won't be expecting a card from me this year, but not true! I've already completed it and it'll be in the mail early next month. Thank you, my friend. I'm so tickled. :-D
