The reason I say "a little wonky" is because I was taking a picture of this outside and the wind kept blowing those little things this way and that. I know, I should have taken it inside, but it was such a nice day and I was determined to do it outside! Oh well! So, it may look a little "wonky".
If you've been following my blog for a while you KNOW I do not normally do this type of thing! I mainly just do cards. But I've been following a blog for some time called Sincerely, Babette and she just makes the cutest little projects all the time and has inspired me to TRY to break out of my mold and do different things. Check out Babette's blog and see all of her fabulous creations.
This is a little pail I picked up last year after Valentine's Day. It has little cut-out hearts around the top of it (but you can't really see that in the photo). I filled it full of shredded paper and then cut dowel sticks I had painted white in the bucket. The images used are from Filled With Love and Love You Much (SU) and Soul Mates (CTMH). I also made a little "love note" to go with the pail and attached it using a very tiny clothes pin that I found in the office supply section of Walmart.
Thanks for stopping by..................

Wonderful Lynn and good for you to step out of the box. Love it.
Hiya Lynn and a happy new year to you. Wow... what a wonderful project to get you going for the new year. I'm like you, also just sticking to cardmaking and trying to break out the mould and try something new, like I did with the boxes, remember? You've really inspired me to keep on doing just that. A beautiful project, don't see any wonkiness from where I'm sitting. Tons of hugs to you, Sharon
tell me about it! the wind!!! happens to me ALL THE TIME!!! my room is on the roof and i have to go out side on the roof to take pics... if someone is watching me while taking pics, i am sure they think i am doing some sorta puppet dance!
This creation is outstanding, LOVE the cute bucket! I will go check out the Babette blog now... :)
This is so cute, love it for a Valentine's Gift, so sweet, think I might do something for DD. The weather has been great, now for the bottom to fall out and get a tad chilly. Get Rambo's sweater ready. :)
What a cute project Lynn! I love the little valentine signs sticking out of the bucket! Excellent work!

So cute! It doesn't look wonky at all! My 5 year old uses the word "wonky" all the time, so your post made me chuckle! :)
Love it! I knew you could do it. :) Can't wait to see more (no pressure.) Thank you for the compliment.
This isn't wonky at all, in fact it is very, very cute! I'm with you... cards are mainly what I do but I am going to check out Babette's site. Don't think I'm going to take my pics outside though, not in southern Saskatchewan in the winter. Brrrr....
Hi Lynn

Absolutely adorable!! I have these little tins left over from H'ween - too bad none are red or I'd case this project, Lynn! I have to LOL at the wind - I was just outside and chased my card all over the yard - twice! Hee hee! THis is just over the top cute! I love the little crinkle paper, the adorable toppers - just the CUTEST! Have a wonderful weekend! x0x0
What a fun idea for a party table centerpiece. Each of them is cute and I don't think they look wonky at all.
This is very nice and good timing after taking the Christmas things down. Thanks for the nice comment on my blog.
What a cute project!! I'm not a huge valentine's day person, but this is inspiring!!!
I coudlnt' take any pictures outside b/c we've gotten about 8" of snow today!! Not sure when it's stopping either!
But, it allowed me to make a bunch of cards! Yippee!!!

So cute and the wonkiness is minimal!
Love this fun little bucket of love!! What a delightful project for Valentine's Day! Wonderful work, Lynn!!
Great! Just got my Filled with Love set today and now you've once again inspired me to get it mounted and get busy! And I have those same little clothespins! And yes, I can do *wonky* too! Thanks for sharing!
Hello Lynn! (waving to you from across Texas!) I love your project! It may be wonky (haha) but it is also whimsical and fun. I know what you mean about wanting to take photos outside, although once that crazy wind picked up my card and carried it into the yard, denting the edges, upon it's landing. Let's just say "wonky" would have been the word I SHOULD have chosen for the ruined edges...Haha! :)
What a brilliant idea, which looks fab. xxx
Cute project...tfs!!!!!
Girl this is adorable! I love this. It is not wonky but it is whimsically fabulous. :)
Cute bucket Lynn and it doesn't look a bit wonky and good for you that you can take pictures outside. Going to be very cold for us of the next several days. I won't be taking any pictures outside
What a cute project!
thanks a lot for your comment in my blog.

Sorry I'm just getting around to this now Lynn but I'm sure glad I did. This is a great project! I know what you mean about not venturing out much outside of cards, but this would make me try it too! Great, great job!
