Beautiful Poinsettia

This is probably the prettiest image of a poinsettia that I have ever seen! It's a digital image from Firecracker Designs by Pamela. Pamela has a HUGE sale going on right now so pop over and check it out. While you're in that direction, also look at her blog! It's just great. This is my second submission for my digi Guest Designer spot for Firecracker Designs by Pamela.

I used some Cherry Cobbler and white. The white is embossed with the Scrollwork folder from Cuttlebug. This just makes the perfect background for an image. I printed out the poinsettia twice and cut the center flower out of one of the images. After coloring this with Copics, I added dimensionals to the cut out flower and popped it up. I also added a little glitter to the leaves and flowers for some "oomph"! I felt I needed a little something at the bottom of the image since I didn't center it exactly right in the embossed part (image that!), so I added the little pearls.

Thanks for stopping by..................

Lynn

This is beautiful! It's hard to find a good poinsettia. I can imagine this layered and filled in with UTE to be paper jewelry. So pretty.
