Young Vermillion

I'm not very chatty today - maybe because I'm just busy with all the last minute things going on this week for Christmas.  I did get all the cookies finished yesterday!    I DO love making Christmas cookies - you know, bake two and then eat a slice of cookie dough, bake two more, and another slice of dough!  Yum!!!

This is a stamp from SU called Young Vermillion.  I paired it with some SU patterned paper and think it'll make a nice card for a male.

Hope everyone has a great week and thanks for stopping by...........

Hmm....you make cookies like my DD and hubby :) Guess that is the fun of it though right. Your card is so pretty or should I say handsome, it would make a great "guy" with the DSP you use and love the deep red color. Now go put your feet up for a minute and enjoy some of the holiday.

Lynn, I love this card especially the paper immediately behind your bird piece. And I love how you just have the scalloped circle backing one side. When I tried that it was not very appealing, but when you do it, it looks great. I'll have to give it another try. My best wishes for you and your family for the holidays. Don't eat too much of that cookie dough. You could share some with your friends, you know. I'll send you my address. LOL

This is a great masculine card, I agree! I love the earthy colors and great bird image!
I made my cookies and froze them all so I wouldn't be into them! It's a good thing I don't like cookie dough! LOL

Beautiful card, Lynn! Love that stamp. I'll be doing my baking at my daughter's house this weekend, along with my two granddaughters. I'm looking forward to that! Happy Holidays, my friend.

Hi Lynn,I recently bought this stamp and can't wait for a chance to use it. Especially since seeing this lovely card. I have to sample at least 2 cookies from every cookie sheet that comes out of the oven. I need to make sure they're ok for the rest of the folks. Hee hee! Merry Christmas!
