Teen Birthday

It's always so hard for me to come up with a birthday card for a teen boy if they don't have a specific interest and I have several that I have to make cards for like this during the year.   Males don't generally like a lot of fluff and stuff on them (they're mainly looking for the money inside!) so I didn't add any to this card....just a bunch of arrows and a little wonky sentiment.  I used two stamp sets from The Alley Way Stamps on this - Jibber Jabber and Good Point.  I stamped the yellow arrows on some SU DP and then added the enamel dots with my Paper Pen.

I'll enter this in Be Inspired Challenge (see inspiration photo) and Pixies Crafty Workshop (snippets)

Thanks for stopping by..........
Lynn

Love this design and the black, white and yellow! Teen boys are the hardest to do for! This looks perfect! Hadn't heard of a Paper Pen before. You get the coolest toys!

WOW this is a fantastic card for a boy. Love the black and yellow along with the stars and polka dots. I had to laugh at your comment about happy to see the money inside. I think that is true at any age, not just teen boys, at least in my family. LOL

Great colors for a male teen, liked the 'graphic look' you achieved with these chevrons, and yep, you're right on the $$$ part. Now what is a paper pen???Am I missing out on something I need to have?! This one's great with your usual crisp, clean style..but bold, dude! Like it a lot. Hugs & TFS

What a bold, graphic card. Any male would be happy to receive this card, even without money inside (do they ever grow out of that?).
