No, I won't give you any of my 'bull' today - but will show you the card I made this past weekend. You really don't want to hear my 'bull' anyway I'm sure. I guess Jim didn't either since he buried himself in golf and basketball on TV this weekend and gave me a chance to craft a little.
I haven't made a masculine card in so long and really don't mind making them at all. I used one of the stamps from Mark's Finest Papers (Bold and Free)......a little patterned paper, sponging with Distress Inks, twine, and a few wooden stars - and the card was completed. The image was colored with Copics.
I'll enter this in the challenge at Speedy Fox and Friends (Brown) and the Mod Squad Challenge (Animal).
Thanks for stopping by.......

Lynn, this is a wonderful masculine design!! Love the image and your distressing along the edges really gives it that rustic feel too!! Glad you were able to get some craft time in this weekend! :)

Oh, Lynn, this is beautiful! I wish I could make a masculine card like this! I struggle with them! Brian ends up with a lot of pink cards haha! This year I want to make more for birthdays - I've got 3 brothers and two nephews after all! Awesome job! The bull is an unusual stamp - I don't have anything like this in my stash. Maybe that's my problem - it's hard to make the cats manly but I'm determined to do it haha! Glad you had some time for crafting!
Stunning card Lynn - I don't mind your 'bull' at all!! So glad you found time to craft.
Blessings

Fantastic card and wonderfully colored! Love the card!
Lol, I would take your bull any day, Lynn! I got my warm days, thanks for sharing some. I am so glad I stopped by and I saw the MFP challenge. Don't want to give your handsome Bison card competition, but my latest post is all brown! You did some great coloring here.
That's a great image, colored so perfectly and I love all the distressing around the edges. That's no bull either! LOL

love it.
What a great masculine card Lynn! I love that image of the buffalo, you have colored him up so well. This image is so great for masculine cards too. I love the sentiment as well as the pattern paper you used and that double stitched oval. The twine adds to the masculine feel as well as those star, which look wooden to me. Hugs, Brenda
Such a great card- prob best I have seen using this set! Glad you had some fun time while Jim was immersed in sports!
Superb card, Lynn! What a great masculine card and a fabulous use of shading - lovely as can be!
Fabulous masculine card Lynn! I love that image and your beautiful distressing!!
Hugs, Tammy
REALLY nice man card Lynn! I love the dp you paired with the image along with the stars and string :)

This is just gorgeous my friend!
Lynn, I'm way behind on visiting but this card is just terrific. I love the coloring you did her and your sponging really adds so much to the overall look. Have a good weekend. Hopefully I can get back on a regular schedule soon. My craft room hasn't seen anything of me all week.
I came back to comment again and let you know that this card won over at MFP's challenge! Congrats my friend, I'm happy for ya!!
What a gorgeous card Lynn.
No Bull! Fantastic work and design. Terrific copic coloring, and I like the way you've distressed the corners of the DP that forms the frame. It does indeed work great for a masculine card. Great sentiment to work with this image (and of course I'm loving the stitched oval too!) TFS & Hugs Oh yeah, just saw Carol's comment!Congrats on your win. Very well deserved!
My DH was busy watching sports too...so I got a little crafting time in too. Had a smile to think that you and other crafters were doing the same thing
Your card looks great. A strong masculine feel.

Fab guy card Lynn. I remember buying that stamp set because of a card you had done... I think it was of buffalo running or being chased. Anyway, my stamp set is still brand new. hahahhaha... I have a few of those.
