Ever since I saw this Power Poppy digital image, I've wanted it. I finally broke down and got it the other day because in my mind I could color this just as pretty or even prettier than I'd seen others do. In my mind........ As you can see I'm still a work in progress on the coloring. I feel like I need to make the darker colors darker and the lighter colors, lighter. I have a hard time with all that shading stuff. I still like it but will keep on practicing.
The sentiment is from Hero Arts and then I added some crystals from Studio Katia. The paper is unknown and extremely old.
Thanks for stopping by.............and have a great weekend.

Lynn, your coloring on this card is outstanding! BEAUTIFUL!!!
Oh I love your beautiful tulips! You colored them perfectly and I love the colors you chose!
This is beautiful, Lynn. I don't do shading well so I use the black lines on the stamp to darken and shade. Some markers are so dark I don't use them. Guess I like the softer colors better so these look perfect to me. I like the pattern paper too.
Lynn, your card is BEAUTIFUL! You did a terrific job on the coloring!!!!
WOW!! Your coloring is incredible, Lynn! Love the simple card design which you always do so well. Love, love, LOVE.
You are doing great on your coloring, Lynn! Practice, practice, practice makes us more comfortable. Love these tulips! You colored it beautifully!
It's a lovely image, and I think your coloring looks just fine. I have the same problem with not getting the shading dark enough. But I think this bouquet looks like a breath of spring, and you have enough shading in it to suit my eyes! Sometimes I'll look at an image I've colored and next day maybe decide to add a little more darkness. Sometimes I like it fine, as it is. This is pretty and you did great! TFS & Hugs
Oh, my, Lynn! I love this pastel beauty!! The coloring is truly beautiful!
