Nifty Gifty Nuggets

I was looking on Instagram the other day and someone had posted a couple of these gifty gifts using Hershey's nuggets.   Hey......I can do that!  It's like going to a craft show and not buying anything because you look at it and say - hey I can do that.......and then sadly never do.  Well, these were looking way too easy so yes, I can do that!  And did.  At Thanksgiving I made a six of them for my daughter to give her immediate staff at school - her assistant principal, secretary, etc.   Not a problem...........until she liked them and asked if I'd make them for all her teachers and staff.   Um...............how many are we talking about........about 60 to 70.

Well, feast your eyes on 74 of these nifty gifty nuggets!  Terrible picture because I was using my phone and not great lighting but you get the picture.   They really were easy to make and I didn't even eat a single one.  Proud of myself on that for sure!  It was tempting though.

Now we're talking snippets.........in fact, we have exactly 592 snippets of paper and ribbon!!!!!

Thanks for stopping by...............

Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year. Thanks to everyone for all the beautiful Christmas cards I received this year.   I'm taking a little time and won't be back for a while.  My daughter and I are taking a mother/daughter trip (adventure) for about a week and then I may head on down to the southern part of Texas for a few days.  I'll be back though.

Lynn

Congrats on making so many of these wonderful nugget trays! They're all so festive, fun and pretty with all those great snippets of paper! I sent my hubby out for nuggets, and he came home with snack bars instead, so I went into plan "B" and made different boxes to hold 2 snack bars. I ran out of candy before the boxes were filled so he went out to get more and came home with something different yet again - Hershey miniatures! I had to go into plan "C" and make yet a different kind of container for those too! The boxes I pre-made will go into next year's stash now LOL The candy is all packaged and some he hand delivered this morning, so when life gives you lemons, just make lemonade, right? LOL Have a warm and wonderful Christmas and I hope you enjoy that time off and make the most of your time with your daughter! Safe travels and big hugs. Thanks too for your beautiful card :) See ya next year!

Lynn, these are wonderful! What a great idea. I have to track down instructions for making these because every year I end up needing several small gifts that anyone would enjoy and which have the hand made touch. Merry Christmas, dear friend, and safe travels.
