Oh Deer!

Morning everyone - it's time again for another Shopping Our Stash challenge!  Our theme this week is EMBOSSING - either dry embossing or heat embossing!  How easy is that since we all love to emboss!  Stop by our blog to enter this fun challenge.  Be SURE and use up some of that "stash" too!

I did both heat and dry embossing on this card.  I used some silver card stock, the Northern Flurry embossing folder and a sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes (all SU).  The image is one I've never used called Jaunty Reindeer from Paper Inspirations.  I heat embossed him in silver and then added a bit of silver cording.  I kept this one very simple - no rhinestones, ribbon, etc. so it'd be an easy mailer.

Thanks for stopping by..........and stay tuned for my {Pin}spirational Challenge post to follow in a few minutes.

Lynn, This card holds a lot of class. The silver embossing, cord, and card stock are beautiful settings for the white card stock. That red sentiment really makes the whole thing pop. Great job.

Wow... gorgeous and elegant! I have that folder and so far, it is unused but now I can at least see how it's supposed to look. That little bit of silver string is a perfect compliment to the deer. I like that deer image at lot.
