Whale Wishes

This is my second post of the day.....If you're looking for the Shopping Our Stash challenge, it's below.

We have another great {Pin}spirational Challenge for you beginning today - with another wonderful inspiration photo!  Be sure and stop by our blog and be inspired by all the wonderful cards from the Design Team - plus we have a couple of new DT members and you'll love seeing their creations.

I can always use Get Well cards - either for adults or children - and just never seem to have enough.  I used the whale image from an old SU set called Pun Fun and paper pieced him in some polka got paper.  The background was embossed using a Cuttlebug embossing folder.

Check out those waves folks!!!  LOL!  Since I don't have any type of punch or die to make waves I decided to do them myself with the left over pieces from a scallop edge punch........you know after you use the punch and all those little pieces fall on the floor....then you step on them and find them three rooms over????  Yes, this is what those waves are!

Thanks for stopping by...............
Lynn

Great use of the punch scraps! I usually look at mine to see what I can use them for, but then....they end up in the trash!

I love the whale on PP! I hardly ever use this embossing folder! I should get it out!!!

Great ribbon too!

What a fantastic idea for waves, Lynn! Who needs a wave punch if you have a scallop? I'm going to remember that. This is so bright and happy. Sure to make anyone feel happier and better!
